Customized Art Prints:

Return/Refund Acceptance: Customized art prints are eligible for return/refund if they are not made correctly or are defective. If your art print is made correctly as per your request, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: Please reach out to us via email to request a cancellation before it's shipped out. If the order is shipped out, we have to wait for the item to be returned to us before a refund process can be initiated. Restocking fee will be applied, and shipping fee is at customers' expenses.

Customized Blankets:

Return/Exchange Acceptance: Customized/Non-customized blankets may be returned or exchanged only if they are defective or not made correctly as requested. If you need to cancel a blanket order, please email or voice message us within 1 hour of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Customized Jewelry:

Return/Exchange Acceptance: Customized jewelry may be returned or exchanged only if they are defective or not made correctly as requested. If you need to cancel a jewelry order, please email or voice message us within 1 hour of placing the order. For all returns, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product to report the issue. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue for our review.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a return or exchange to be considered.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
