• For different sizes, specify in the personalization box.

• Securely packaged with double-thick cardboards, protected in cellophane and a sturdy recyclable mailer.

• Features an 8"x10" art print within a white frame, enhanced by high-definition glass.

Return/Refund Acceptance: Customized art prints are eligible for return/refund if they are not made correctly or are defective. If your art print is made correctly as per your request, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: Please reach out to us via email to request a cancellation before it's shipped out. If the order is shipped out, we have to wait for the item to be returned to us before a refund process can be initiated. Restocking fee will be applied, and shipping fee is at customers' expenses.
